RODO Privacy Policy
How Relocy.pro collects, processes and stores your personal data — in compliance with GDPR / RODO and Polish data protection law.
§ 01Data Controller
The data controller is QOLABRA SP. Z O.O. (brand name "Relocy.pro", formerly uMove.pro), registered at: ul. Nowogrodzka 31, lok. 413, 00-511 Warsaw, Poland.
Personal data collected by Relocy.pro is processed in accordance with the data protection legislation, including Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR / RODO), and the Polish Act of 10 May 2018 on the protection of personal data.
Relocy.pro keeps personal data confidential and protects it from unauthorised access by third parties, under the conditions defined in the above-mentioned legal acts.
§ 02Purposes of Data Processing
In the course of its activities, Relocy.pro collects and processes personal data for the following purposes:
a) Legitimate interests of the controller
Providing services to clients; marketing of Relocy.pro services; analytical and statistical purposes; ensuring the information security of the website.
b) Performance of contracts
Conclusion and performance of contracts with clients, organising consultations and cooperation with contractors.
c) Recruitment of employees and partners
Conducting recruitment processes for persons interested in working with or cooperating with Relocy.pro.
d) Compliance with legal obligations
Processing of personal data to the extent required by applicable tax, accounting, and legal professional regulations.
§ 03Your Rights
Processing of your personal data is voluntary. Under the data protection rules you have the following rights:
- the right to access your personal data;
- the right to request rectification;
- the right to erasure ("right to be forgotten");
- the right to restriction of processing;
- the right to data portability;
- the right to object to processing for marketing purposes;
- the right to withdraw consent at any time.

§ 04Retention Periods
Retention periods depend on the purpose and legal basis of processing:
- client data under a contract — for the duration of the contract and until expiry of Polish accounting and tax obligations (generally 5 years);
- recruitment candidates — until the end of the process, with consent — no more than 12 months;
- marketing data — until consent is withdrawn or an objection is lodged;
- analytical and technical data — for the period necessary to ensure service security.
§ 05Data Recipients
Your personal data may be transferred to:
- Polish and EU public authorities (Urząd Wojewódzki, Urząd Skarbowy, ZUS, KRS, etc.);
- Relocy.pro contractors — sworn translators, banks, IT providers, accountants, legal partners;
- Relocy.pro partners at your explicit request — only when submitting a request in the Partners section.
Data processing agreements under Art. 28 GDPR / RODO are in place with all contractors. No data is transferred outside the EEA.
