What we do for you.

01 ─

Eligibility analysis

We review your situation and identify the strongest legal ground: employment, business, studies, or family reunification. Written strategy delivered at the end of the consultation.

02 ─

Document dossier

We compile and verify the complete application package: forms, sworn translations, bank statements. We check the validity of every document before filing.

03 ─

MOS 2.0 appointment

We book your appointment through MOS 2.0 in Masovian, Lesser Poland, and 7 other voivodeships. Even with queues — we find a slot within 1–3 weeks.

04 ─

In-person accompaniment

A lawyer goes with you to the voivodeship office. Communicates in Polish, ensures all documents are accepted, entry stamps and receipts obtained.

05 ─

Case monitoring

We track your case in the system, and file a delay objection (opieszałość) when needed. Written progress report every 30 days via Telegram.

06 ─

Free appeal if refused

If the voivode refuses — we prepare the odwołanie within 14 days at no extra charge, or refile on a different legal ground. We work until you get the result.

Frequently asked

What people usually ask.

How quickly can documents be filed? How long does the whole procedure take?

From the first consultation to filing at the voivodeship office is typically 2–4 weeks. The decision timeline depends on the voivodeship: Silesia and Lower Silesia — 3–4 months; Masovian and Lesser Poland — up to 9 months. Where possible, we accelerate via a delay objection (opieszałość).

Can I stay in Poland while my application is being processed?

Yes. If you filed on time (before your visa or visa-free period expired), you remain in legal status until the decision is issued. Your passport receives a 'stempel' (stamp) authorising you to stay in Poland but not to leave the Schengen zone.

What if the application is refused?

You have 14 days to file an odwołanie (appeal) with the regional administrative court. If we handled your case, we prepare the appeal at our expense. In 70% of cases the refusal reason can be remedied; sometimes refiling on different grounds makes more sense.

Can the whole process be managed remotely?

Partially. Document preparation, translations, and strategy — all remotely. But filing at the voivodeship office, fingerprinting, and collecting the finished card are in-person only. In select regions we operate by proxy — we'll clarify at the consultation.

Is payment made upfront or in stages?

In stages. 50% upon signing the contract, 50% after filing at the voivodeship. Payment to a legal entity (Qolabra sp. z o.o.); VAT invoice issued.
